Herm's Heartbeat
Herm's Livingroom

Herm Hutchins
We went to the doctor today to check-up on Herm after the bleeding episode the weekend after Christmas. As you can see, Herm is still a blob (hence the title of this post). The doctor says everything looks good. There still appears to be blood behind the sac, but not to be concerned. He plans to watch it pretty closely. We would appreciate prayers on Herm's behalf to make sure that he/she is safe and healthy. For those of you who don't know how to read sonogram pictures, Herm is the smaller sectioned off part in the single blob picture. You could fit two Herm's inside a US dime. The bigger section is Herm's current living room. If all goes well, he/she will have to move to a larger living room in about 8 months! The other picture is Herm's heartbeat which is at about 140 beats per min. For those of you keeping track, that is a pretty good indication that Herm is a boy, but YOU won't know that until Herm is born! HA HA! Stephen's first words when hearing the heart rate were, "It's a boy!" (I am paraphrasing!)
I hope this finds all of you doing well. Please continue to pray for us through this journey.
Love,
Lacie, Stephen and Herm Hutchins
